RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase, but we understand that you may occasionally want to return items that are not suitable. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, you may send them back for an exchange or a full refund provided it is in full resaleable condition and in the original, undamaged packaging.
Unfortunately, we are only able to offer size exchanges. To exchange your item for an alternative style, please return it for a full refund and purchase the new item separately.
Please return goods within 14 days of purchase with a completed Returns Form (supplied with your delivery) to:

RECEIVING A REFUND
We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange for a different size once it has been received by us. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for returns that do not reach us.
We process all returns within 48 hours of reaching us and will email (if provided) to confirm when this has been done. Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit/debit card and will exclude shipping costs unless the product is faulty. Card refunds may take a few days to show up on your card statement, depending on the processing time of the banking system.
Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.
Please return items via a secure, signed for service and keep your proof of postage, as it will be your responsibility to follow up any items that fail to reach us.
Please be aware, we will only refund return postage when an item is faulty or has been mis-described.
Items will be refunded or exchanged providing they are in the same condition, and full packaging, as when it was first purchased with all the LARK RISING garment hang tags still attached and that you have taken reasonable care to ensure that any item is returned to us safely and not damaged in transit. Items that are not returned to us in fully resaleable condition may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if any of your purchases have been delivered without a LARK RISING hang tag.
Items should be returned within 14 days of the date of your online purchase. Any items returned outside this period will not be accepted. Exchanges of items may be requested a maximum of three times. Please note, your statutory rights are not affected.
In the event of the goods being faulty, we are sorry for the inconvenience caused. Please contact us at email@example.com for a full refund including postage costs, or an exchange. Please be aware that we can only exchange items for the same product, subject to availability.
Please note, goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Damage incurred as a result of wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault.
